1. Set Realistic Goals – Set goals, but be realistic. Set attainable goals based on your abilities and potential.
2. Drill and Play with a Purpose – Give 110% on every shot, even in practice and recreational play.
3. Improve Your Overall Fitness – Go to a gym, work on your stretching, or hire a trainer. Work on your overall fitness to get in better overall shape and, if nothing else, to look good, feel good, and play pickleball good!
4. Follow a Proper Diet – Give up a little bit of junk to gain a lot on the pickleball court.
